Our construction management model incorporates our planning, estimating, and technical service platform to identify and mitigate challenges prior to construction commencement. We examine each project to evaluate construction methods, analyze cost, and feasibility, and devise appropriate building solutions to deliver the project in accordance with the client’s intended goals. Conley Management Group develops a detailed construction plan utilizing the latest construction estimating and scheduling software to provide cost effective solutions and critical path schedules from commencement to completion. Property Management  


Our management & accounting teams work in tandem with our firm's "in house" maintenance and construction divisions to provide a full-service approach to property management. Our managers and service technicians both utilize our cloud based property management software which streamlines, organizes, and documents all maintenance, compliance, & inspection operations. Property owners are setup in software system with a secure Owner Portal providing them 24/7 access  to  all financial reports, lease data, maintenance records, property information, and secured document storage. Tenants also have access to our cloud-based applications via a secure Tenant Portal which streamlines rental payment processing, lease administration, communications, and Tenant work order management. CMG works diligently to safeguard our clients’ real estate investments; by providing detailed financial reporting & accounting services as well as, exceptional facility maintenance services and Tenant management.​Our Property Management Services include but not limited to the following:
