Our management & accounting teams work in tandem with our firm's "in house" maintenance and construction divisions to provide a full-service approach to property management. Our managers and service technicians both utilize our cloud based property management software which streamlines, organizes, and documents all maintenance, compliance, & inspection operations. Property owners are setup in software system with a secure Owner Portal providing them 24/7 access to all financial reports, lease data, maintenance records, property information, and secured document storage. Tenants also have access to our cloud-based applications via a secure Tenant Portal which streamlines rental payment processing, lease administration, communications, and Tenant work order management. CMG works diligently to safeguard our clients’ real estate investments; by providing detailed financial reporting & accounting services as well as, exceptional facility maintenance services and Tenant management.Our Property Management Services include but not limited to the following:
